About Us

Perfect Notes IT is an entirely Australian owned and operated business. It was formed in early April 2009, as a result of a change of ownership for Coordimax CRM software.

Perfect Notes was the brainchild of Kathy Manwaring, the senior developer of the enterprise focussed Coordimax CRM. Kathy realised that her intimate knowledge of CRM meant that she was in a unique position to develop a new package that would fill the hole in the market she could see. Most CRM packages were enterprise level (and so expensive, difficult to implement, complicated and custom) but a need exists for something simple to fulfil this role for small business.

Kathy continues to offer support to all Coordimax CRM customers.

Kathy teamed with David Thomas, an IT support specialist with a proven record in small business and campus networking support to form Perfect Notes IT. David has recently been working for Monash Law and ABOC IT Consulting and prior to that was responsible for implementing and supporting IT at Swinburne Senior Secondary College in Hawthorn. Between them Dave and Kathy have a vast number of connections in both the programming and technical sides of Information Technology and so it was a natural fit.
